These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HolistiCare Trauma Clinic website, services, and communications, including SMS/text messaging. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
HolistiCare Trauma Clinic provides psychotherapy and counselling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and educational coaching. Our services are provided by Priya Jeyakanthan, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, Canada.
Our services are educational and therapeutic in nature. They do not constitute medical advice or emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis, please contact 911 or the Crisis Service Canada line at 1-833-456-4566.
Our services are available to adults (18+) residing in Ontario, Canada for individual therapy, and across Canada for educational workshops. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system (Jane App). Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined during the booking process.
Current session rates are listed on our website. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment plans may be available — please inquire directly. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement purposes and include CRPO registration details.
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from HolistiCare Trauma Clinic, you agree to the following:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Compatible carriers include but are not limited to: Rogers, Bell, Telus, Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile.
All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential and protected under the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and applicable privacy legislation (PIPEDA/PHIPA). Exceptions to confidentiality are limited to situations required by law.
HolistiCare Trauma Clinic is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Individual results may vary.
All content on our website, including text, images, and design, is the property of HolistiCare Trauma Clinic and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
